Job Profile  

Responsibilities will include :

Maintenance and Finalisation of Accounts

Prepare Annual Report and Quarterly Reports

Conduct Audit including Tax audit and compliance audit

Preparation of various Sales MIS reports and Quarterly Review Reports, Cost Analysis and quarterly budget forecasts

Supervise filing and compliance on all statutory issues - TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax, P Tax, PF, and ROC

Handling payroll system and Employee Salaries and other payments

Implementation and maintenance of proper accounting procedures and systems

Drafting minutes of Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting

Maintenance of minutes book, shareholder register, director’s and shareholder attendance register, etc.

Share transfer

Ratification of various legal agreements & liaison with lawyers regarding legal issues

Oversee and supervise the function of Office Administration

Qualification   The person should be a commerce graduate with proficiency in working with computers with expertise in FACT Accounting Software, FACT Payroll (PERKS), MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint and working experience of E-mail and the Internet. The person should have excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills. The person should be a “peoples” person with excellent inter-personal skills and a good planner
Experience   Candidates should have a prior work experience of 4 - 5 years in similar capacity. Candidates with cross-functional experience would be preferred
