Job Profile |
Must have the ability to create unique & eye-catching designs as well as create concepts for clients. Knowledge in multiple facets of design [i.e. web, print, flash, etc.] along with complete understanding of typography, branding, page layout, etc. would be preferred. The candidate would be working as part of the Creative Group and report to the Creative Head.
We are looking for the following :Minimum 5 years of experience as a Web/Graphic Designer/Art Director with a very good understanding of the Internet Medium An innovative individual who can think out of the box Highly skilled in Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, MS Frontpage, other drawing applications like Illustrator, Coreldraw, Freehand, Html/Dhtml, CSS and Javascript. Understanding of underlying technologies like .net, asp and php would be a plus, but not mandatory An awareness of current trends in web development and the tools necessary to build web and interactive projects An ability to meet tight deadlines and fluctuating clients demands A strong practical sense with strategic business insights is essential as is a demonstrated ability to work effectively with many different teams to deliver completed projects independently Strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to interact with clients independently |

Qualification | Bachelor’s degree in any field. Diploma, degree in Fine Arts would definitely be an added advantage | |
Experience | 5 or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with lesser experience (minimum 2 years) could be considered for junior levels. Experience in leading a team of junior designers & also being able to work with other members in a cross-functional team. | |
